My Replay Media Catcher is defect?

Hi! I am New here. Download to me since 3 months without problems videos unilaterally. Since the 1st January does not go any more. My RMC starts to store and then nothing more goes. Under Properties stands:

Internal error while trying to download RTMP stream
Exception:
m_nErrType = 11
m_strDesc = "code: NetConnection.Connect.Rejected
description: Connection failed."
m_strFile = F:\proj32\TestRTMPClient\RTMPStreamRip.cpp
m_nLineNumber = 969

Ich bin New hier.
Lade mir seit 3 Monaten ohne Probleme videos von einer Seite herunter.
Seit dem 1. Januar geht das nicht mehr. Mein RMC fängt an zu Laden und dann geht nichts mehr.

i don't know if this is a good solution.. but have you tried reinstalling it?
