Screencapture - Best codec for looking on PC with less use of Space?

Thats my question. What codec you would recommend? I recorded with Video Capture in MPEG2. The files a huge!

See how your file works with windows media format. That does use a smaller amount. A screen capture program is very power intensive.

Also, I'm moving this to Replay Video Capture.
