Default Replay AV is not saving files in the proper format

Been having problems with Replay AV8. It does not seem to be saving the files properly. After about 30 mins after the programme has recorded it still says saving. And leaving it a few hours the file saved is a CAP file!

    Any ideas?

A CAP file is a temporary file. When you get that it means that your system or the program did not stop correctly. You are able to rename the .cap to what you want and the file should work.

Regarding your program not saving this is not an issue we have reported. Are you using audio capture or stream capture? What are you recording? You might want to contact tech support with additional information and a log file.

Ah thanks for that. I've renamed the one file and it seems okay.

I've been recording stuff off BBC7 over here in England. I use the stream capture.

I did reinstall the program this morning and it seems to have recorded todays two shows okay.

I'll report more if I have any problems!
