    Default Trouble ripping DVD

I'm Having trouble converting DVDs to ipod format. When I add a DVD a message pops up "No DVD titles found. Please make sure to select a valid DVD folder." This message pops up with any DVD I try. The status says pending, but when I try to convert they all say failed. Is there any insight someone here may give me as to what may be wrong. TIA

I have a similar problem. Using Win7 when I put the DVD in the drive Win7 'dies'...popping up the screen that I can 'close the program' or 'wait until it responds'...which it never does.

I have placed replay converter in the firewall...so it should be past that. Every DVD does this. I think it's a Win7 issue...have put in a troubleshoot request to support...so far they can't help...BUT..I have FAITH!

Thanks Bill. I submitted a request also, but haven't heard anything back as of yet. I'm using vista on my computer. Hopefully someone can help us out.
