Can't play .asf files captured with Replay Media Catcher

I have and like Video Capture, however Replay Media Catcher is junkware.

Only about one out of three asf stream captures will play back. None of the repair software out there can repair them either.

How disappointing when it's a one time pass type of event. These Applian people need to get this product fixed or stop selling it.

I have a robust Windows XP computer.

If anyone has "fixed" a useless RMC asf file, please report what you did.

I second that they need to improve the Windows Media Recording(MMS,RTSP)

While Media Catcher captures some Windows streams it is not geared towards this format, nor do we recommend it for this. Replay AV is the best program for recording Windows streams.
