Not tagging in Spotify

Using RM3.92 with Vista 64.
Replay Music 3 is allowed in the Firewall.
Unable to tag 99% of tracks when using Spotify. Sometimes get the message re Genpuid.exe but I understand this is no longer relevant.
Sometimes one odd track will be tagged but seems to come from a different album to the one I am trying to record.
Is this just because it's Spotify or is there something I need to do?
I am not using a Proxy server. do I need to?

have you tried it with more popular songs? maybe it will tag those tracks.

Problem is that I can't stand popular music .

Just a thought. Has anyone recorded a cd from Spotify that has been successfully tagged? Any sort of music. I'm not really that anti pop.
