    Default Not auto converting to mp3

    Using replay 8.75 and the files are not auto converting. I have to use the tool > convert, and then the convert to .asf.mp3 which I can drag to itunes. Before I updated to 8.75 stern shows would auto convert and get moved to intunes,,,not sure why this is not happening with 8.75. Record and properties are set to convert and move?

    Same problem...not sure why either. Worked like a charm in previous versions.

    Make sure you are using the latest version of iTunes and of Quicktime. If you continue to have an issue please let us know in tech support and send us a log file. Also, make sure that iTunes is closed when transferring. If you have an iPHone disconnect it.

    Same here. It was fine in .43 but since "upgrading" to the latest, the following happens:

    When I set a scheduled recording and ask for a post-conversion to mp3, the recording runs as scheduled but the conversion never happens. The results folder is empty with no files present. I guess if a request that the .asf file is saved that would at least save the recording in some form but I really need the file in mp3 format.

    Please assist...

    P.S. Running Win 7 Ultimate...

    Try our latest version that we just uploaded today. Make sure you uninstall and reboot first. If you continue to have a problem let us know and contact tech support.

    Yep, the latest version fixed the issue. This mornings Howard 100 recording completed/converted perfectly - thanks!
