Default Can't record XM Radio in Windows 7: Conversions In Progress

I just got a new computer (windows 7) and installed Replay AV in order to record some XM Radio talk shows. It worked fine for a few weeks but now it keeps from recoding at its scheduled times and gets an error that it can not record because there are still conversions in progress. Any ideas?

Please see if a reboot solves the problem. If it asks you if you want to continue the conversion say no and that should correct the issue.

I have tried rebooting quite a few times. In fact my computer reboots every night. I have also tried clicking both cancel and ok on the error.

Please contact tech support with this information. We will also need your log file for AV and for the Converter. Thanks.
