recording music from myspace: increasing bitrate to 320kbps?

Hi, I just downloaded RMC because I cant rip music from myspace through file2hd.com anymore and my laptop does not have 'what u hear' so alot of programs dont work to record music.

I was wondering if there is a way to raise the quality of the recorded music to 320kbps?

Additionally, I'd like to see the option to record in FLAC (a lossless audio codec); so previously compressed audio isn't re-compressed.
