    Default Converting issue

I am using Replay Converter 2.8 and am having a problem where the converter gets stuck in a loop of converting to MP3, tagging and then converting/transferring to iTunes. The files that end up in the destination folder are mostly about 13 seconds long (out of a 2 hour stream), are mostly duplicates and the loop goes on and on. I have left my computer alone to do the converting and ended up with 70 or 80 files. Most useless. On one computer it doesn't convert anything useful while the other does a sucessful conversion that can be listened to on iTunes or the iPod. (the computer that it doesn't work at all on doesn't have iTunes installed). I have to shut the computer down to stop the converter looping. I have uninstalled RC and reinstalled it but still have the same problem. What's up with this?

You need to contact tech support and send a log file and give other information for this problem. Thanks.
