Free online TV Shows to DVD and iPod

Is there any way to convert when I watch TV shows online to a DVD, or even put on my ipod? I am traveling all next month and don't wanna fall behind on my shows..

I've used the Freecorder 4 for this. The problem you're probably running into is that they are saved as .flv files. I'm sure there's an easier way to do it but I just downloaded an FLVtoAVI converter.

Save the video from your Freecorder toolbar and then open the converter, run them through and the .avi files can be used for a Windows Movie Maker project which can be burned to DVD's and played.

Ipods can't read .avi files however. I've heard iSquint is free and useful for conversion of video files to be played on iPods.

Videora can convert any videos to put them on an ipod. With that it should work.
