RVC quits recording midway in video stream

My RVC quits recording the video anywhere from a minute to 20 minutes into a video, and sometimes more than once. The file sizes are as small as 20 mbyte to over 200 mbyte. OS= Win XP Pro, SP3, all updates. I am a registered user and don't see anywhere to use the registration in RVC. The same happens with the RVC downloaded yesterday.

Make sure the program is allowed in your windows firewall. Also, go into settings and make sure you don't have a time or a size checked.
