This error means that you are missing a dll needed to run the program. You can Google the dll and download it.

When I installed RMC 3.0.2 it put msvcp60.dll into the Replay Media Catcher folder.... Does it need to be copied into Windows\System folder or something? If I have 2 different DLLs in the Windows folder and Replay Media Catcher folder, which one is actually used?

Also the dll has several versions, so tuneup may need a newer one.
