Default RMC 3.02 Upgrade not recording mp3 anymore

    Hi,
I usually use Pandora to get music from. My previous version of RMC recorded in mp3. I just upgraded and now I get m4a files. How can I get RM to record in mp3 again?

Pandora streams in MP4 - the older version of Media Catcher would convert the files to MP3 in order to tag them. This is not necessary anymore. Media Catcher now captures the stream and leaves it in tact. If you want MP3 format you will need to convert the files.

in that line, what you really need is a converter.

    Wink

Hi, those HE-AAC 64kb files have the same sound quality than 128kb MP3s.

But you can upgrade to the premium service (Pandora One for 36 USD/year)
    and you'll get 192kb MP3s.

Those work very well with RMC!!
