Default how do i burn RMC videos to a DVD disc?

I am trying to Burn my downloaded RMC Videos to a DVD disc. But the media played on the RMC's FLV media player will not let me place these vids on a burnable DVD. How can i convert these files to AVI. files or some other file to place these on Disc?

to be able to burn a video into a DVD Disc, you've got to convert it to a DVD NTSC format which is actually an MPEG-2 file.

This is correct - Replay Media Catcher also had a built in converter tool that allows you to do this: How to Convert Files with Replay Media Catcher
