Question Recording Steaming video\Audio with WMCapture

I am trying to record several 3.5 hour long streaming audio\video webex training sessions. The wmcapture software cut off after about a third of the way into the session. It said it hadreached the maximum record time frame. How can I record 3.5 hours of streaming audio\video from a webex sessions?

This is a forum for the Applian product line and not the WM Product line. I do know the answer, however, for future reference contact tech support for issues with WM programs. Thanks.

Go into the settings and make sure you do not have a time or size limit set. If you do remove it and it should work for you. If you continue to have a problem contact tech support.
