Default tracks are 0.00sec and only 5kB

RM does "hear" the music I want to record but after recording the recorded track is empty! I also splits while there is no reason for it. The program used to work fine but suddenly it stopted working. I have uninstalled it and re-installed but no luck. I am a Windows Vista user.
    Please help!

The fastest way to get support from tech support is to contact tech support directly. We do monitor this but don't always answer the tickets as the forum is for all.

Make sure you are using the latest version of the program. Always start the program first. If you continue to have a problem contact tech support and send them a log file.
