Default reply media catcher Vs reply video capture

When it comes to record webinars, or something else with a duration of let's say 15 minutes or more, which of the 2 is the best for the job.
    Thanks

If you are able to get a good stream capture then Media Catcher is the way to go. You use Video Capture when you need to capture using screen capture. That is what most webinars require.

Stream ripping software like RMC gives better quality. But there are a couple of problems:
    1. RMC doesn't support all streaming formats and protocols
    2. Live streams are more difficult to record. If you connection is not good, RMC can stop ripping while screen capture software will continue recording and will just skip the buffering period.

But you can use both to make sure you will record

i would agree to using both so as to make sure you will be able to record. both have different issues and concerns anyway.
