    Default Sorry, these RTMP connections are not allowed to be analyzed

    I'm trying to download an embedded video on MTV.com website. Replay Media Catcher saves 0 bytes with the following error:

    Internal error while trying to download RTMP stream
    Exception:
    m_nErrType = 15
    m_strDesc = "SWF Verification detected -- Sorry, these RTMP connections are not allowed to be analyzed."
    m_strFile = F:\proj32\TestRTMPClient\RTMPStreamRip.cpp
    m_nLineNumber = 912
    What does it mean? I'm using latest version.

    I'm having the same problem. The videos appear to be mp4 files. Any ideas? Anyone?

    MTV is now using Adobe’s Secure RTMP Measures to protect their content. We have resolved a dispute with Adobe Systems Incorporated, without admitting any wrongdoing or liability, by agreeing not to circumvent any Secure RTMP Measures developed by Adobe. However, you can use our Replay Video Capture program to capture from these sites in the same, excellent quality. For more information on this, please see our latest FAQ:

    To try Replay Video Capture:

    If you do not already own Replay Video Capture, as a Media Catcher owner you can purchase this program at a discounted price by entering your email at the following link:

    So essentially the program is not useless since all sites are changing over to that.

    That's a lie. When you screen grab and reencode there is a loss of quality and therefore to be avoided at all costs.

    Or find other measures.

    it seems like a lot of sites have been changing to Adobe's RTMP measures that's why we experience this problem..
