Default Nothing Showing as cached videos

I was happily recording from YouTube on Replay AV8 until a few weeks ago. Now, nothing appears in the cached display except, from time to time, bits of background video that AOL put on my email inbox. I have made no changes to any programs to make this happen and have twice tried uninstalling and reinstalling. The Technical Support at Applian stopped offering advice 2 weeks ago and seem to have given up. Any ideas?

    Hi

I believe we have determined that it is best if you use Internet Explorer or Firefox with this issue and I understood that you now have it working. If that is not the case please let us know in tech support and we will continue to assist you. Thanks.
