    Default Recording rtmp feed

    Dear all,

I am trying to use WM Recorder to capture rtmp feeds of Glastonbury Festival from the BBC website. It works fine about 80% of the time, but on about 20% of cases, it freezes at the beginning of the download and the D/L Streamtime says zero. This is happening even though the IE embedded media player will play the feed no problem.

The ones it fails on are always the same ones (i.e. it is not random each time). I have tried all the different recording modes and still no joy.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

If you continue to have a problem you are going to need to contact tech support for WM Recorder. This forum is for the Applian products and you will probably get a better answer going that route. If someone does have the answer for you they will answer this, however, so I'm leaving the post for you.
