    Default recorder stops at 75% after buying

    I downloaded demo, then bought the product and inserted activation code but it still only records 75% of the video.

    I uninstalled and then reinstalled it.

    HELP!

    Are you using Media Catcher? Have you played the files back to be sure that they are incomplete?

    The videos are complete, I just figured they weren't as it ended before the video finished playing.

    Here is the deal:

    This software is not *recording*, rather it is downloading an existing file at a URL.

    I also had to figure it out by myself, but then a tech confirmed it to me.
