files arent converting

I downloaded a training video, actually a bunch of them, and the files wont convert to MPG files. They SAY they are converting, but only one of them does.

Whats going on??

We need more information in order to help you. What version of Replay Converter are you using? What format are the original files in? The more info the easier it is to assist. Also, what did you use to capture the original files with.
