Have you tried to use the Troubleshoot feature of Replay Converter? Right mouse click the file when it is in Converter. Select Troubleshoot. Try and do the conversion again. If you still have an issue you might want to contact tech support as they will want to see your log file and need additional information.

Well, I'm kinda short for time for Trouble shooting but here is a look at the file:
