Unhappy Replay A/V fails to capture videolectures.net

I've now upgraded to the latest version, and no joy -- it still will not capture videos streaming from this site. Try, for example, http://videolectures.net/iswc08_witbrock_fsc/ -- all I get is nine seconds with some tiny unreadable text. Suggestions? Sites like this is why I purchased this software, so I'm quite frustrated that it's not working. Thanks for listening.

For this program you need to use Replay Media Catcher. It uses a different format for streaming so give it a try. As an existing customer with AV then you get an awesome deal. Go to order and select existing customer to see the great offers you have.

    Default Aha!

It's part of the bundle I already purchased -- yes, that works fine. Thanks.

It would be good if there was one product instead of three that do similar and seemingly overlapping things...

The different sites use different methods of streaming. As a result we need to have programs that meet the needs of many of the different formats out-thus we have several products to do this. Enjoy your program.
