Default Lag between Audio and Video

I captured stream succsssfully from a web site through Replay Media Catcher. But when I use the Converter to convert it into mpeg file there is a significant lag between audio and video.

I can play the original file fine on my Real Player and there is no lag. The lag seems to come up only after the convertion.

    Any Ideas?

I am on Windows Vista and am using the latest version of the Replay Media Center ( I just dowloaded it today )

    Thanks
    Sunny S
