mp3 not being synced to folder after conversion

a show is recorded with a/v
it is converted successfully
but it isn't being copied to the sync folder...
(the sync folder is set up correctly)

this function used to work but no more....

i filled out a trouble ticket and was helped by Cheryl... ended up installing the demo version of 8.5 which was able to do the conversion and sync... then i reinstalled the full 8.43 version and it works now too... sweet...
