Default Stops catching at about 11mb

I have been trying to use the media catcher. It always seems to stop at about 11mb. I have registered, yet this happens everytime. I have to go to the screen capture if I want anything larger. Is this the way this software works? Or can it do larger files? Thanks for your help.

Can you give me a link to a specific video that this has happened with? Thanks!

Hey Tasha, this is the most recent, it had done it on everyone I've tried.
    Thanks,

    Thanks,
The size of this video file is 11.72 MB. Have you played back the files to be sure that they are incomplete? Media Catcher will often capture faster than real time.

Ahhh..... I see. Yep, I thought since it was stopping before the live video finished, it wasn't taping the entire thing. Yes it did!

But now I have another question. It will play on the player from you guys, but when I click on it to open in Flash player 8 that I have, it won't play. Do I need Flash Player 9 or above? Thanks again for your help.
