Default RMC disabled says I need to upgrade when I already paid to upgrade to version 10

Suddenly RMC says my license number no longer works.Currently downloads for only a few seconds then stops. Not finding any solution or help from tech support. Is it to be a constant demand for more money?

Mine is now saying license expired but I am on the same version I paid for.
Now it says that if you upgraded you may have to pay an upgrade fee but license should stay in affect if on the same version.

Look at the upgrade terms and the software should only stop working if you upgrade and want to pay for said upgrade. If you want to stay on the same version you had it should continue to work with your current license as upgrade is optional.

Years ago this did not happen so like you said I think they are money hungry now.

Same here. Paid for programs and now they want to hold me up for more? Not going to happen. No more money from me. I am now using and prefer *********** Uniconverter and Player. Much easier to use and works to perfectipon. Applian programs are crap in comparison and certainly not worth spending additional money on to these greedy losers.

The same happened to me: I asked for info and apart refusing support for old software, for which they propose to upgrade, only after asking again they sayd that licence model it's like a Yearly subscription without auto renewal... that can be fine, if they let us KNOW and use old software without upgrading, but in these terms it's not for me anymore.

Same happened to me. This company has disabled what I paid for. There is other and better software so this greedy company gets NO more of my money and I will be spreading the word of their shady tactics to all I can reach.
