Replay Capture 9, when installed, apparently invalidated my two-year registration/license, because running any version of the software now brings up a prompt that the license has expired, despite being renewed in Oct 2020. Additionally, the "upgrade and save" prompt takes you to an invalid web page on Applian's website.

These kinds of errors seem sloppy on Applian's part, because they are readily identifiable if one tested the process. But more concerning is the fact I am not able to use properly licensed software.
