I have been using Replay Video capture on windows 10 for a long time without any problem. On windows 11 the program causes several windows services to begin to consume increasing amount of CPU power until finally the computer slows and becomes unresponsive. The main culprit is state repository service. This service is supposedly connected to Microsoft Edge and helps save browser sessions for use on other computers. Windows 11 does not allow this service to be disabled, only stopped and restarted. In replay Video Capture when you stop this service, the program quickly opens it again and the problems continue. Applian says they are investigating but they know of users who are having no problems in Windows 11. If anyone else is having similar problems please respond.
