Default Windows 11 Jaksta video driver

I'm pretty sure this driver was installed by one of your products. I think it was Replay Media Catcher. I'm pretty sure I've seen your program using the driver. In any case, if I look in the Device Manager, the sound video and games controllers tab is expanded and Digital Video Recorder is flagged. If you check the properties, it says that

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)

The program works OK, but will there be an update to address this? Again this is Windows 11.

    Thanks.

We are still testing with Windows 11. The developer is aware of this but the program does still work with the exception of DVR with this version won't work with Windows 11. We hope to release a new version this quarter.

Replay Media Catcher isn't working at all now. All I get is some large window of text that is a third off the screen. It said at the top the 8.0.24 (Not sure I'm remembering the version exactly correct) needed to be updated. I went to your site and downloaded the latest version and did the update, but it still said it needed to be updated to the latest version. So then I ran the installer again, but chose to uninstall and then install, But I am still getting that big text window of script that said at the top that the old version still needs updated.

We are aware of this issue and actively working on it. Thanks for your patience while we find what is going on. As a workaround, while you wait, select the Escape key. That will take that off. Then turn off check for updates upon start under Get Support. Thanks.

Windows security is currently reporting this as an incompatable driver.

A Google search yielded the following URL:

    The Windows error message:

Any update on this? The driver jaksta_va.sys still installs with your software and Windows 11 flags it as malicious.

It is not flagging it as malicious but saying that you need to adjust memory integrity on your computer if you wish to use it. It is for audio capture only. You don't need to use it. You can use stereo mix for audio in the programs instead.

Can I just delete it? I want to set the Memory Integrity back on. I had to turn it off. If I try to turn it back on, it gives me the message that it can't be turned back on due to driver incompatibilities. It shows this driver when I press review incompatibilities. When I search the hard drive for this file, I only find it in c:\windows\system32\drivers, c:\windows\system32\driverstore\filerepository... and the Applian folders. Can I just delete it from the two system32 subfolders and turn on memory integrity?
