    Default Audio synchronization problems

    Hello!

    I'm trying RMC trial and have noticed that it has problems to synchronize audio/video in recording mode

    I've tried other software and it records correctly

    Is there any option to correct this?

    For this it is best to submit a ticket to tech support. We would need to know the link, the browser, the version of windows, etc. Thanks.
