    Default Trouble recording from Cams.com

Using RMC 5.0.1.54 with default settings, I get mixed results. Sometimes I'm able to record the streams with no problems and other times I get an error. Actually, most of the time I get an error. Can anyone help with this?

With the program you do need to make sue that you start our program first. Then go to what you want to capture. If you continue to have an issue we would need to know what the error message is In that case it would be best to contact tech support for personal assistance. Thanks.

I don't get an error message, RMC just stops the recording instantly and in the thumbnail where it was recorded it says error in red.

The program is probably not going to record from that site then. If there are different streams it could be that some of them work with it while others don't-it is dependent on how the original is streamed. I would suggest you try our screen capture program-Replay Video Capture for this.
