Default accepted the ssl cert now cannot access any https sites at all.

Updated rmc to the newest version but couldn't capture anything so thought I'd accept the ssl cert and then I couldn't access any https site, so no email no shopping nothing and still can't capture anything.
So I refreshed my windows install (windows8.1 64bit, so that was a day wasted).
This got me access to https sites again so like an idiot installed rmc again still didn't capture anything then like an even bigger idiot I accepted the ssl cert again and now I'm back to having no access to any https site, so it is definitely this causing the issue.
So all in all a total F##K UP.
I have deleted the cert cleared the cert slate still no joy, so now I'm going to have to refresh my windows install again.
    Fantastic.
Any chance I can have a refund for this totally non functioning piece of software.

Please contact tech support with your issues. I'm sure someone will be able to assist you. I don't do tech support for this program so I don't want to give you the wrong information.

I had the same problem. I was looking at some settings and noticed that after accepting the certificate my browser was set to use a proxy. I removed the proxy after removing the certificate and everything was fine after that.

Gosh...could you please get some intelligent replay people on here that are technical focused and that work in the tech support area. Just re-assign one of your tech support people for 3 hours a day on a rotation basis. There are more people HERE that need help than just a referral to tech support. You are hurting your brand and your reputation by not supporting your forums with the latest technical fix information. Be busy here...answering questions for 50 people at once...not on the phones taking the same questions 50 times again and again. Wake up replay@!

We are a small company and do not use the phones for our tech support. We rely on a ticket system and tech support generally responds in 24 hours or less. That is the fastest way to get a response to a particular issue you
have. Detailed info is often needed by tech support such as what version of windows, what version of the program, what anti virus, etc. The forum is meant to be used by our customers to share ideas and sites, and simple
issues that someone else might be able to answer.
