RCV 7 only captures 1/4 of area

RCV 7 was working OK in capturing all the area I choose. Now it only captures top left corner (1/4 of selected area). It does this regardless of single monitor or dual monitor setup. I've gone through all settings and can find nothing to help. Any ideas?

Do you have your computer set for the recommended resolution? Do you have your browser set to zoom in or for 100 percent? Change it 100 percent and give it a try.
