Timed-record of BBC Radio 4?

Now that the Media Guide links don't work (well, ok, you can preview BBC Radio 4, but can't record it as the CAP file only contains the web page with mms:// URIs in it), anyone have a solution to timed-recording of BBC Radio 4?
