RMC 5 Keep freezing up

When downloading videos and I decide to hit the stop button (sometimes RMC is downloading
too many things such as multiple copies of the same video) sometimes RMC freezes up.
I then have to kill the process and restart it. I am using version 5.0.1.1 on Windows 8 Home
Edition. Also I am using IE10.

Are you logged as an admin user here? Sometimes, I've seen this behavior on a limited user.

Indeed - James, make sure you're logged into your PC as a local admin please.

Yes I am logged as an admin.
