    Default Program Update Procedure

I want to update to the newest versions of AV (and the entire Suite). Do I need to uninstall the old versions first - I notice that last time I upgraded, the old versions still appear in my Programs list!

Me, too! I upgraded Replay Converter 3.0 to 3.4 (IIRC) and got the added feature of 4 desktop icons.

It is a matter of personal choice as to whether you uninstall and reinstall first. I normally do. What you do is make a copy of your schedule8.dat file so that when you reinstall you will have it. It is located under Program Files/Replay AV 8. Also, after you uninstall you are able to go into program files and delete any reference to our program. We have a few files that remain such as the schedule if you so desire.
