Questions about purchase agreement of Replay Music

After searching the internet for other similar programs, I only found ones that were questionable as in either vaporware or "take the money and run". After demoing Replay Music every way to sunday, I find it fairly impressive. Even with the risk of having my payment going through the organized crime institution called PayPal, I'm ready to purchase. (I'll handle that aspect with legal maneuvering). Before I do though, I have a couple of questions:
1) Is the purchase license a annual thing or a forever thing?
2) If I had to uninstall Replay Music after purchasing for some reason and then re-install it, do I need to re-purchase it?
3) If I needed to replace my harddrive some day do to failure, could I re-install Replay Music on the new harddrive or would I have to re-purchase it?

You are purchasing the program for life. Updates are free but upgrades do cost a nominal fee. If you uninstall and reinstall you should not have a problem at all. If your hard drive fails you would be able to reinstall it without an issue. Thanks.
