No picture on Amazon

Tried recording a movie off of Amazon Prime in SD. There was no picture at all, not a black screen, just no video capture but the audio was fine. Anyone have any thoughts. I am using Win7 Pro on a 17 with 8 gigs of ram. I would thiunk it would handle it.

What player were you using? give our FLV and Media Player a try and see if it works.

I have found this also and using alternative players resolves the issue. Post is a little old but it may help others.

Trying a different player did not resolve this issue for me. I also get multiple errors trying to download in amazon prime. Can anyone help?
