Converter Admin People!!! Please Read!

Hello, I could not contact you any other way. You have no phone number and for days I have tried to submit a trouble ticket. However when I try my webpage just sits and sits and does nothing.

Please let me know what I need to do to submit ticket.
My issue: Converter makes some files an unusable format (.mp3xxxxx) (others I can use are .asf) I am just dragging them across a home network into my iTunes. The asf files work well. I would like to send you the log but please let me know what to do.

I just checked our ticket system and it is working. Please try again. Also, if I'm not mistaken I have answered a ticket from you on this. If you continue to have a problem with the ticket system let us know. Thanks.

The issue with the ticket system is that it would not send. Since I had talked you techs in the past I had an email but each time I used it I would get a new case number. A person replied to me tonight as well that said I should delete converter log and then when it does it again send it in as the log would be much smaller.
I will be trying again Monday after it does this.
