Hi Gumby,
That's quite strange. Let's start with the basics if you don't mind.
I know you said you already un-installed it for me, but i'd like to start at the beginning to make sure all steps are covered. Please do the following for me just so I know where we're at:
1. Using your control panel/add-remove programs please UN-INSTALL ALL versions of Replay Media Catcher.
2. Once the un-installs are complete, please RESTART your computer for me.
3. Please install the newest version of Replay Media Catcher from here: Replay Media Catcher 3
Let me know if this makes a difference please. If this does NOT it could very well be an issue with your pc, what it's running at start up, even the amount of free space on your hard-drive. So lets try the un-install/re-install first and hope that fixes it for you, because cleaning up your pc, improving it's speed is a bit more time consuming than the steps I provided above.
If this does NOT work, i'm pretty sure i'll have a long list of questions about your pc, operating system, ram, etc in order to optimize you pc's performance over-all, so lets hope this works!
Looking forward to you response.
