double posts when RMC is on

Any time I have Replay Media Catcher open, if I make a post on a message board or facebook or where-ever, it is INSTANTLY a double post.

What should I try or do?

You need to click Stop Recording - this will stop the double posts.

If I want to go back to recording will I also have to restart the browser? I would try, but I am not at home.

This will depend on the site and the stream that you are trying to capture. As long as the stream is not already in process you should be fine.
