Unsupported video codec (7)

I am trying to convert FLV's to WMV or whatever, but always get this error now when trying to convert FLV's to WMV. This used to work, and I have not found any kind of converter program to convert my youtube videos to wmv's. Any help would be appreciated.

The stream has changed the codecs they are using. I don't know what version of Converter you are using so try an update to see if it works for you. If you still have a problem please submit a ticket to tech support as more info is needed.

I am using version 2.80 Is this too old?

Hi

Yes, that is more than a year old and there have been a lot of codecs and streaming formats out in the past year. I suggest you give our latest version a try and see if it meets your needs. Thanks.
