MPEG Conversion

I am using the Replay Converter. I converted an flv file to MPEG-2 (DVD-NTSC (USA)) High Quality (2000 kbps) and there is no audio on playback. I downloaded other codecs still no audio. I re-converted after audio codecs update, still no audio. I was wondering what the cure might be? Thanks
