using replay A/V and Ipod: the best format to record a talk show

Dear Group,

I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion on whatis the best format to record a talk show in as I want to transfer it to my Ipod to listen to it. There are so many formats listed and wanted to see if anyone can suggest one that works well with an Ipod.

mp3 works great - and the files are smaller too so you can fit more :)

iPod support MP3 files as well as M4A and M4B files. M4A and M4B files use AAC audio codec. M4B files are bookmarkable, so you may prefer to use them instead of MP3.
