Media Catcher Not Recording Videos In Full, Need Help.

Hi There:
I just bought the replay media catcher on Friday and I did test it before I bought it and it worked on the Megavideo site at that time. So I bought it and now it does not record the whole video, if the video is 48min I get 32 minutes and an error. Once I had to try 3 times before it worked and now today no luck. I have reset the browser setting as reccomended and it has not helped. Could someone please help with this it would be most appreciated. Thanks! oh and here is the error log from last time if it helps.


There was either an error, or the download was canceled.
Media was saved as a partial file.

That's common for Megavideo. There is a time limit for "free" viewing each day. That's why it works at first, then it doesn't work, then the next day it does. See

Hi There: Thank you for the info on megavideo, it really is an annoying site. In this case though it was not the timing out thing because no matter how many times I would try it would not work and always stop. Tasha from customer service saved the day, for I just needed to close the video while I was capturing it and that did the trick. The customer service group for these programs is the best!
