How to Convert FLV Files CBN Archives?

I am recording seminars from CBN archives. They are FLV files I can not convert them to any type of format. I can convert FLV files from YouTube, etc, just not CBN Archives, Help....

What program are you recording them with? This is for the Replay Video Capture and it doesn't record in an FLV format. Thanks.
