If you go to the properties of the show you will see several tabs at the top. Go to the Output tab and you are able to select whether to keep the original file or not when converting and using Replay AV and the converter.
Under AV under File-Settings there is a sync tab. If you go to that you are able to select where you want your file to go when finished recording. Perhaps that will meet your needs.
